We conduct ongoing performance metric monitoring with internally developed tracking methods and employ technology tools that enhance property marketability, occupancy, and renter retention.

Quality properties are our focus, and we want to make money when we buy. We target good assets next to great neighborhoods that are value priced at competitive capitalization rates.
